Culture has been brought up many times yet leadership has done little to nothing to address the issue besides denial. Leadership handled layoffs immensely poorly, said to be not imminent fast forward three weeks later and layoffs were executed. Transparency is nonexistent, micromanagement is evident, extremely top heavy, leadership kept companions instead of essential employees needed during layoffs.
