They stack women in their senior roles but in reality upper management and the board is all old white men making the decisions, the women are just a facade. Simply put, Imagine is outdated and not changing. The founder is also extremely volatile and will lash out at employees without any warning. Do not fall for taking a job here, you can get a better experience and pay elsewhere.
