401k matching and company paid health insurance- after 60 days of employment.
Kontras
No performance reviews for employees. Most employees ever experienced salary increases not even for cost of living. Management points fingers and doesn’t listen or understand why or how their product doesn’t resonate or sell. Upper level management doesn’t want to invest in their employees and help improve or further their careers. They did recently make changes in upper management that may help this company but may be too late, in my opinion.
