The best part about working here was definitely the people (non management).

Unfortunately the culture changed and values are only written but rarely practiced when no one is watching especially by leadership. Growth only happens if you were friends with the right people regardless of performance. If you are not a golden egg you are treated like crap. If you are friends with the right people you can do what ever you want even if you're verbally abusing your fellow coworkers or creating an uncomfortable environment.
