Pros

Fellow Co Workers and ending the day.

Kontras

Terrible working conditions...extremely hot in the summer very cold in the winter. Pay is terrible especially after your insurance premiums are deducted. Management treats you like your 12yrs old. Very nasty restrooms and breakroom. Speaking of the breakroom, its not even air conditioned, the microwave and refrigerator are gross and way to small for 75 people. With only a 30 min lunch your lucky to heat up your food before lunch is over. The separation between office workers and production workers is unacceptable. The office workers breakroom and bathrooms are much better. I don't think this company hires any cleaning staff for the building.

Pros

If you have a mind for the process, like I did, screen printing can be both interesting and occasionally even satisfying work.

Kontras

I cannot speak for the front office work, but as a production team member, you can expect to be taken advantage of. At worst, you will be outright exploited, especially if you have a good work ethic. Mandatory overtime is constant. Most days, you will not know when you get to return home. No consideration is given whatsoever to people needing to pick kids up from school, see a doctor, care for family. You will start at minimum wage, and exect to stay there unless you show to mangement you're *that* willing to kill yourself for nothing.

Pros

Good equipment... that's about it.

Kontras

Horrible working conditions- dangerously hot in the summer, miserably cold in winter. Unrealistic job duties and time frames with low pay. High turnover rate on employees- most people find out quickly that they can find something better. Upper management have no idea what they are doing to run a successful business, and middle management is stuck trying to do a job they know they cant fully believe in. The rules change every week, and the constant flow of new people trying to be halfway trained is a bad mixture, and just keeps the place circling the drain week after week.
