Great people, great titles and great characters

Very fast passed for artist

Great general staff, talented creators

Awful management. Clear favoritism at play. Longtime employees benefit from cronyism, having little to no expectations placed on them despite complaints. Upper management rules through an environment of fear. Employees find top brass unapproachable, narcissistic, withholding, moody at best. Dismissive treatment of up and coming creators, referred to as "nobodys." Completely shut off and unwilling to accept any input at all on anything. All who have had to work closely with upper management over the years have either been frozen out of the inner circle and alienated to the point of quitting, or have been so fed up with the abuse that they quit. So many talented and valuable employees lost over the years because of this general behavior and lack of respect/ unwillingness to recognize the value of others. Very much a trash talking culture at the top, badmouthing former employees and gossiping. Toxic environment with a constant fear of retaliation for anyone who speaks out about anything.
