Pros

It is fascinatign to be a part of the fast growing company like IAG, with very dynamic and smart team. The company has doubled in size since I joined.

Kontras

Being a part of start-up has its challanges. Need to be prepared for acting fast and learnign fast. Might not be for everyone, especially if you come from the larger company with more established processes

Pros

not many, there are possibilities and signs that they company could actually provide value for their customers and and quality of life for their employees but it never delivers on either.

Kontras

The leadership. The founder needs to be involved in EVERYTHING and bullies employees into doing it despite their objections. Lack of consistent direction, there is no strategy only short term whims. Executive management is too concerned about maintaining their jobs that taking care of their teams.
