Great coworkers Free Soda and Beer Free Lunch every other Thursday

Horrible Management. Degrading Bosses. Recent Layoffs and management choices have left for a very unhappy working environment. Every week someone else quits because of how they are being treated. Salary is below industry, despite recent promises of raises. During the review cycle management creates ridiculous reasons for why raises or promotions are withheld. The client services team is very understaffed and HR is having trouble restaffing because no one will bring in referrals despite a very healthy referral bonus. The software breaks daily and majority of the client services team ends up being a help desk submitting tickets or covering the bugs from their clients. You feel shady, overworked and dirty by the time you leave. The average length that someone sticks around is about a year and a half.

Here at IgnitionOne, we absolutely believe in our employees. Our teams are the foundation of our mission, so this particular review is a little surprising. While IgnitionOne has a culture of honest feedback and open communication between teams and management, I can’t help but wonder what may have been horrible and degrading – if you could candidly let HR know, we would appreciate it. If done so, we can address the issues immediately. Frankly, we do our best to create a positive culture that supports as well as we can each individual in their career and growth. Feeling “shady, overworked and dirty” is the polar opposite of our stated organizational approach. While no employer is perfect, we must keep striving to do the best we can with the resources we have. It’s important to note that we do take your concerns seriously and are making strides to review and correct any situations that show any signs of this. Thanks for your hard work and your feedback.

I've been with IgnitionOne for a little under two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company. Our products are constantly evolving to meet the demands of the ever-changing digital consumer, which is sometimes a slower process at companies I have worked with in the past. I've been impressed with the amount of awards, content and business IgnitionOne continues to produce, subsequently improving our positioning within the industry and among competitors. Pros: +Understanding my role within the organization and how it plays into the larger objectives of the company +Benefits and compensation +Flexibility, opportunity to work remote and vacation Policy +Ability to take ownership and direct the course of my position within the company +Fun, family-like culture +Opportunity for travel to continue knowledge within the industry +Never bored and continually challenging myself to grow by taking on new tasks (both from a strategic and tactical perspective) +Great to be a part of an organization that is quickly becoming recognized as a leader among the top-players in the AdTech space

Due to the multiple acquisitions of IgnitionOne (a great thing for a growing company!) there have been some growing pains along the way. Having seen how mergers/acquisitions affect employees from my previous companies, everything seems fairly normal as technologies, offices and employees work together to integrate. As far as cons go, I don't have much more to say as everyone works hard and is constantly striving to step up their game....a trait that is rare at many organizations.
