      Pros

      Free Lunch and accommodation (pre covid). Great Responsibilities. Excellent Learning and Visibility. Given room to explore new things. Amicable co-workers and a reachable CEO. Great Tech Stack to shoot your career off with. Ability to get to wear a lot of hats.

      Kontras

      All benefits were cut during Work From Home. Work-Life Balance takes a hit sometimes, (unrealistic deadlines). Requires devotion and ownership skills to the project/story you're working on. Learning feels a bit saturated after sometime. Lacks in senior management.

      - The ideal lean startup, with an interdisciplinary team working together - Awesome boss - Flexible hours and leaves - Competitive compensation - Immense scope for research and development - Work with a social outlook and visible impact - Work directly with the CEO in an office devoid of hierarchy - Great learning opportunity all around, both from research and from colleagues - Lots of creative space, design x data driven approach - Everyone gets to fill in multiple roles, versatility is encouraged - Friendly, helpful coworkers - In-house bookshelf stuffed with fiction and non-fiction titles (books on design, data analytics, coding, management, behaviourial economics, biographies). Any book you suggested can and will be added to the collection. - Wholesome homecooked lunch

      - Usual plagues of literally every early startup - occasional odd hours, flexible roadmap etc. No surprises here.
