      Pros

      Employees receive great benefits and it is ensured that they can voice out their concerns or problems to the management. Customers are tremendously valued. ICON is extremely innovative. Very competent EPM practise head. Marquee customers.

      Kontras

      Not much work-life balance especially when you are working under tight deadlines.

      Pros

      Tech environments good for growth

      Kontras

      MD won't delegate propermly all functions, (micromanaging) thus causing HR to become a 'yes sir' department. Prrof is that an aggressive reply eill be posted and instead of taking the constructive critic, they will try to fight the input and do not recognize any issue. It is the other way aroubd: the good posts here have been paid for or posted under dures.

      Professional people to work with, great pay roll progarm, never had a bad word to say about Icon the whole time I was employed there
