An atmosphere is very friendly, people in office are not only extremely nice, but also very professional. As an employee you will have chance to come out with your own ideas, Bosses are open for them. You will also have a chance to work independently and learn plenty of new things. IX Telecom has very friendly employee policy included free snacks, sports day, company dinners and many, many more. Working environment is international, so you can expect a lot of interesting discussion. Definitely I will recommend this company as a working place for a professionals as well as for people just starting their first job.
