1:The job is not guaranteed .... you will be terminated at any time... 2:You wont be given any guidance about the process,But you have to achieve the target some how <..... 3:No experienced People 4:The process sucks to the core ......Nothing to learn or explore .... 5:A guy who is capable of working more than 16hrs a day, can become a TL in few months... 6:You will be made to work for more than 12hrs a day. 7:No scheduled Rooster for you ....you might be asked to come to office upon their the TL mood.... 8:Infrastructer Is bad....No dont find any Good place to eat too... 9:OFF will be given 1 day a week.... 10:No Cab facility...... 11:Please for heaven sake dont join this company and Ruin your life .... 12:You will be having one manager ,one TL for the hole 50ppl, the Manager will be having a experience of 2yrs , TL with 1yr .....you wont be given any training .The very first you will be asked to monitor the process and the 5th day you have start your work.
