Good salary perks & benefits & flexible timing,

Need to maintain hierarchy. Other department HOD will command us to complete their activity and no restriction to enter in different department. Attrition rate have increased due to poor management and no improvement or interest for improvement plan.

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

Kontras

The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
