It's a job, not a career.

Management is terrible. They play favorites among employees, offer no support or communication. Apparently, "Sell more! Now where's my drink?" is the extent of their strategic sales planning. They keep touting the same line about having "disruptive technology", but there really is nothing innovative about the products. It's a dead end.
