Didn't have to work weekends or nights. When I "clocked out", I left my job there and did not bring it home with me.

Management did not support nor build you up. Any time a proposal for improvement was submitted, it was met with push back. No visible paths for promotion. Underpaid, undervalued, and employees being just a "number" is the culture here.
