      Pros

      Being a family owned company, they are really good with work-life balance. Even though there are several different locations throughout the mid-west and east coast, it seems that we are all able to pull together and still have the team-oriented spirit throughout the entire company. Just in my 2 years working here, we have won a couple of different awards both for safety and our Training and Development program, which I feel speaks volumes for the company as a whole.

      Although there are close to 400 employees company-wide, it spans through several locations, so a lot of our remote locations (those outside our Corporate Office) are less well-known, making it more difficult to get our name out there. Some of our locations have as few as 4-5 employees working in the entire facility. This poses issues for a few different aspects throughout the company.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing; everyone is so kind and understanding, which is helping me grow as a graphic designer and an employee in general. I am also learning a lot of things about different marketing processes and such, and it has been a very smooth process; I feel like I'm making an impact.

      Some of the programs/processes used for marketing are a little outdated, but we are working to update and improve them, so this won't be a con for long!
