1. Irresponsive management. 2. There's no HR in the company to whom you can go and have a conversation. 3. Employee wellness is not cared much. 4. Pay is low by all the standards. 5. No bonus/hike. You will have to end up with same pay which you signed for. 6. With the pay which you receive, you will have to spend more than what you earn. 7. No transparency at any means. 8. No recognition. 9. No parties/dinners/get-togethers. 10. You will have to pay for quitting the company which will only happen here. 11. Facilities are not up to the mark. We can keep on adding many points.
