Pros

Great teaming, everyone is focused on working together to take care of the customers. Tons of top level talent working here and employees are well taken care of. Anyone who is lazy or does not care about doing their best with customers will not be around long. Stories about employees paying back any money taken back from billing are simply wrong and made up by angry ex employees. Company is very careful about ensuring that all time billed client is valuable, and at times invoices have to be adjusted, and no one has ever gotten in trouble for this. Pay is great, benefits are top notch, and the people are well taken care of. IT hours can be long, but top billers also make top income. No one is punished for making errors, and entire team will work together to ensure clients are always kept happy. The company is growing nicely and has attracted a lot of top talent. Everyone here is at the top of the IT game. Field directors are fantastic and completely focused on taking care of teams.

Kontras

IT can be feast of famine and work hours can be high if a client has big demand. But that is even more true in internal IT.

Pros

Fair, honest, and fun working environment. Truly great leadership all the way up, despite the odds of that. Very accessible career growth potential and expectations. Transparent pay bands and requirements. Supportive and kind HR department.

Kontras

There were times where teams would have infighting, but there was an effort made to improve cohesion and morale.

Good people and some really talented engineers Most employees genuinely care about clients and want to do good work Exposure to a lot of different technologies and environments Plenty of opportunities to learn because there is always something going on

Constant reorgs and changing priorities Leadership is reactive and impulsive and the employees have to absorb it Feels like the company is always reacting instead of planning ahead Same problems come up over and over without really getting fixed Lack of accountability from leadership Low trust between employees and leadership Too many decisions made without enough input from the people doing the work Communication is inconsistent and depends heavily on your manager Can feel chaotic and reactive the majority of the time Strong culture of finger pointing and blaming
