Anyone who is lazy or does not care about doing their best with customers will not be around long. Stories about employees paying back any money taken back from billing are simply wrong and made up by angry ex employees. Company is very careful about ensuring that all time billed client is valuable, and at times invoices have to be adjusted, and no one has ever gotten in trouble for this. Pay is great, benefits are top notch, and the people are well taken care of. IT hours can be long, but top billers also make top income. No one is punished for making errors, and entire team will work together to ensure clients are always kept happy. The company is growing nicely and has attracted a lot of top talent. Everyone here is at the top of the IT game. Field directors are fantastic and completely focused on taking care of teams.
