We are delighted that you recognise our fantastic people who make IRIS the success it is by constantly embodying our IMPACT values: #MakingItHappen, #Passion, and #Customer Focus. We really value employee feedback, and are proud to use Peakon, a monthly engagement survey, which encourages our employees to give honest and anonymous feedback about their work experience. Here they can propose new ideas and suggestions, which can be instantly viewed by managers and senior leaders to make an impact. We are delighted to have launched two fantastic programmes this year to evolve our processes and delight our customers: our IRIS Help Hub and Gainsight. Our brand-new help hub, which provides individual help centres for our range of products. This includes 18 help centres which provide information and knowledge articles on the products for both colleagues and customers. Gainsight is a fantastic tool that helps our product and customer success teams analyse how our customers are using our services and where we can better support our clients.
