The work is performance based and the management staff is extremely intense. The biggest problem I had was the technology used to receive the inbound calls almost always had very poor voice and sound quality making it impossible to communicate and deliver a scripted message. People who can afford it and want to enroll their children it buy it with little hesitation. Most people want it for their children but can not afford it. You will be expected to conduct multiple closes with people who can not afford the service. It borderlines on high pressure selling but management will do their best to convince you that you are doing the right thing for the right reason because it is the children's future at stake. Which may very well be true. I felt sorry for a lot of the children who's parents could not afford to enroll them. If you get lucky and have great phone connections with crystal clear voice and sound and receive a lot of inbound phone calls from parents who can afford the service you will certainly enjoy the work and make lots of sales. I was not that lucky.
