There is no diversity in management roles. Only white males bros get hired in and the recent new hires are not impressive or do that much other than going to meetings. Women and minorities only stand some chance if they are willing to agree to everything management wants without challenging the status quo and there is no opportunity for diverse opinions to thrive.
