But if not, be ready to be passed up for promotions for many years. Hard work won't be recognized unless you manage up to the right people. Because the company culture is that of an old school data company and not a management consulting firm, benefits and perks are thin compared to the consulting companies they like to compare themselves to like McKinsey and Bain.
