Acquire experience, as first hand-on job. Positions in senior management are probably good as well considering the difference of treatment.

Kontras

Salaries are low compared to the pharma industry. Lack of recognition by line management. Stress is constant and pressure is never off. Limited advancement opportunities, they prefer to higher from the outside. No visibility on your career prospects.
