You don’t have to be intelligent to have a high-paying position. In fact, I would say it’s encouraged, as long as you play the game. This may sound unprofessional, but that’s what this company is all about.
Although it’s a telecommunications company and supposedly in the “tech industry,” your career will be stuck for years with no growth whatsoever, unless you fit what was mentioned above.
Join if you just want a chill place to retire. There’s really no development or common sense in this company.
