There is no HR. They have tried to implement some by hiring HR people but after a short time they are fired. The turnover of staff is very high. They are able to hire and fire people very quickly. Lack of proper training. It's pretty much like "here's a bunch of documents and links... go through them and we'll see you out there". Professional ethics are just not there. But what you can find is shouting, insults, bullying, threats, etc. Highly competitive environment, but from a negative perspective. There is no team building... nobody trusts each other. People tend to isolate from everyone else. There is always a silent "who's side are you on?" when you talk to other coworkers. Management by fear. You'll always be worried about losing your job.
