No respect for employees, constantly trying to get away with paying or giving minimum - pay, bonus and benefits. Only recruit cheap, young and inexperienced staff, who normally last less than 2 years before leaving and finding a new job. New grad program is a joke, most of the last intake are already looking for other jobs, those that are not are the ones who cannot find a proper job, or are easily manipulated by CEO wannabes.
