Very reactionary rather than proactive yet the leaders who make poor decisions and remain rooted in the past remain blinkered and believe lay offs the only way forward rather than look at the business as a whole. Top heavy with micro managers who do not understand the industry and prefer to blame the clients for ION failing to deliver rather than looking at internal processes. Lack of procedures and quality assurance means that a young talented work pool are not looked after.
