Opportunities to learn and expand in other areas seem to be there. Decent perks - events - outgoings. Some people are nice and faithful. It's very relaxed, though it's not always the best thing.

Spot on. Harassment and bullying are a completely normal and accepted standard, as the policy of IOI's HR department is to dismiss and ignore all issues. One can do whatever one wants to any other employee(s) with 0 consequences, even when that heavily impacts the environment. Everyone pretends it does not exist and carries on. Not a single person will put themselves under for you. The echo chamber thing is real, at the offices everyone repeats the same ideas and agrees with everything, but outside of the office everyone opens up about issues like harassment, overtime, lack of trust in the company and projects, critique being dismissed etc. Ask yourself why there is such a big dissonance between what you read here and what you hear internally.
