We have a needed service, but can't seem to get out of our own way. Perhaps management has a new 'improved' strategy. Need to show we can stick with something to the end.

Chaotic environment. Constantly changing priorities and strategic focus. Very high turnover, especially at senior ranks. Considerable stress put on mid-level people to deliver against poorly thought out plans and inadequate resources. Technology has been mostly outsourced - poor morale and advancement opportunities for internal technology employees.
