Perspective is powerful and your perspective is your truth. Each person will see things differently, here is another perspective on a few of your points.
• We do strive to provide high quality experiences to help team members advance quickly, not due to turnover, which is not above average.
• We do take note of who participates in company sponsored off-hours events to help us gauge if such events are meaningful to our team and to better understand engagement.
• We do have an aggressive on-the-job approach to training, I often hear from others how much they value interacting with clients early in their careers.
• Our most recent engagement survey results strongly indicate that our team members value their teammates. They find the team to be cooperative, helpful, and accepting.
• Often it is important for our project teams to work together, we do ask our team members to consider their project team and client needs when choosing to work remote more than to ask permission.
