Good PTO package and salary, but..

On first day of my job I was told not to use all my PTO in a year because there is too much work to get done. There is zero work life balance, massive micromanagement issues, and no onboarding process for new hires (at least on the team I was hired into). Be very careful accepting a job offer from here.
