WFH is a luxury as it depends on the Foreign counterparts whether they'll allow people to WFH or not. 2. Indifferent Foreign Counterparts — Not very orange code built. 3. Unorganized Organization Structure — due to limited perspective as a hub, there's no stable organization structure. It feels as if you're a VA/Personal Assistant and not working in a reputable financial institution. 4. Yes, the compensation package is unbelievably competitive but it's at the expense of your work life balance as you're expected to wear many hats, be unreasonably submissive, and handle thousands of backlogs that you'll only discover once you're hired. 5.
