- No gender diversity in the engineering teams, all men, all over 35 years old, all have been at ING for 5+ years and lack knowledge of what is up to date in the industry - Tech stack is very confusing - lots of custom things that can be replaced by products on the market, lots of reinventing the wheel - They use a matrix people management structure which is incredibly confusing.
