Big company, lot's of horizontal opportunities. Work is challenging and can be complex, which is good. Responsibility is given if you look for it.

Senior management (c-level and one level below) is quite greedy. Promotions and salary increases are quite difficult and there's never budget for it. But it looks to be changing with the new CLA agreement.
