Poor company culture and lack of leadership/direction - Commercial Finance Analyst bei INEOS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Lack of people managers in the right positions. Clear lack of experience with managers. Company culture is one of the worst I've been at driven by no clear direction from HR or again experience in management. Regional colleagues have more experience with head quarter functions than most head quarter employees. Poor structure and little to no support from senior management or HR leading to individuals being able to "make or break" your promotion chances.
