Flexible working, reasonable pay. No office politics. Not heavy on paper work. Reasonable annual leave.

Retrenchments over the past few years makes it hard for employees to stay focus on job. No managers made it to retirement age and mostly asked to leave years before retirement age. Limited or almost no career advancement. Poor or almost no employee communication between senior management--CEO level with managers. Not a good long term company for fresh graduates and graduates with a few years experience.
