Started at IMS in what was the 'call centre', over the years with training and development from the company worked my way up to an international role managing some of our biggest global clients.

International travel can be a grind at times, but the work and home life balance is right when planned properly.

Relaxed atmosphere - small company that is growing fast so interesting place to be. Very friendly people working here. Small enough to not have lots of red tape in place, things are done informally on the whole. Directors very approachable.

Sometimes too much work - need to get more staff on board.
