Promised NO more management layers and to reducce management layers, what happens? Lay off's happened and hired more layers of management!! If you are in the soccer league they play in the evenings you'll be sure to be OK and get your bonus. Working on products that no customers want. We couldn't even keep a customer we were paying them to use. Always doing the quick fix to survive. Not a good environment.
