Remote isolation: Working fully remotely can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the regular team meetups help a lot. Just wish I lived nearer my team so we could have more co-working days! Fast pace: The company is growing quickly, which means things move fast — can be hard to keep up sometimes, but it's exciting.

I genuinely love working here, and it is very rare that you find somewhere that you are treated with such autonomy, especially within a remote business. If you are willing to put in the graft, you will find a real joy in your role at IMP.
