The training structure could be a bit unorganized at times, which made it hard to know exactly what to focus on. Some of the daily tasks were repetitive or administrative, which didn’t always feel directly related to financial analysis. There weren’t many long-term opportunities for interns after the program ended. The compensation was minimal, and in some cases unpaid, which might be challenging for some students.
