The advisors were very supportive and always willing to teach or explain concepts in detail. The work environment felt professional yet approachable, which made it easy to ask questions and learn. I also appreciated the opportunity to use actual financial software and tools that professionals rely on in the field. Overall, it was a great place to build a foundation in finance and understand how client relationships work.

The training structure could be a bit unorganized at times, which made it hard to know exactly what to focus on. Some of the daily tasks were repetitive or administrative, which didn’t always feel directly related to financial analysis. There weren’t many long-term opportunities for interns after the program ended. The compensation was minimal, and in some cases unpaid, which might be challenging for some students. Communication between departments could also be improved to make workflows smoother.
