I’ve been with Ilux for a while now, and it’s genuinely one of the best places I’ve worked. The people here make a real difference — my team are supportive, kind, and genuinely care about each other. The management team is not only friendly and approachable but genuinely invested in the wellbeing of their staff. From the CEO down, there's a consistent culture of appreciation and care that makes coming to work a pleasure. Things do get busy, and at times the workload can feel overwhelming. However, management is proactive in making sure we have the help we need to stay on track. They’re always checking in, offering support, and doing what they can to ease the pressure. It’s clear they value both productivity and mental health, which is rare and deeply appreciated. I experienced a personal injury (unrelated to work) that left me unable to walk properly for over six months. During that time, ilux went above and beyond. Management and HR were in regular contact, offering support and even arranging occupational health assistance. Their compassion and flexibility during that period made a difficult time far more manageable, and I’ll never forget how well they treated me. Training and development are also well supported. While role-specific training depends on business needs, ILUX provides a great range of tools for self-led growth.
