Pros
As long as you are billing and on client site they are hands off. Paid twice a month.
Kontras
They act more like a staff aug shop. Don't pay for training and or conferences, benefits are mediocre at best. Not consistent with rewards nor bonus'. Salaried employee that was paid hourly when I worked 32 hours one week (had pre-arranged family event) but then when I worked more than 40 hours I wasn't paid more than what my salary dictated.
