Pros
1. People are generally polite and cordial
2. Some employees are genuinely trying hard despite the chaos.
Kontras
* This company presents itself like a professional US company, but most operations are run out of Noida, India with extremely poor internal structure and management.
* Jay and Paras, who manage the India-side team, struggle heavily with communication and are not fluent in English despite being responsible for marketing execution. Important discussions often become confusing, inconsistent, or impossible to follow.
* The turnover rate is insane. More than 14 people have left the marketing and design departments within roughly the last year.
* HR is two people. Only. There are no proper exit interviews, and there seems to be zero interest in understanding why employees keep leaving.
* There is no documentation culture whatsoever. No proper onboarding, no SOPs, no centralized knowledge base, no Notion workspace, no structured process documentation. Everything is verbal. You are expected to magically understand systems that do not exist.
* New employees are immediately overloaded with unrealistic responsibilities because management itself does not understand operational boundaries or role specialization.
* Employees are expected to do the work of entire departments.
* The deadline for launching a new website is OVERDUE by 1+ plus. And they are still begging the US Team for more time to get it done.
* Majority of company content, strategy documents, social media material, website copy, and images are ChatGPT. The strategy docs from the US Team are written by ChatGPT. The Social Media Posts are ChatGPT.
* Leadership often appears reactive rather than strategic. There does not seem to be a stable long-term operational vision.
* The environment becomes exhausting very quickly because expectations continuously increase while structure, planning, and support remain absent.
My Warning:
Get everything in writing.
Because once you join, “figure it out yourself” becomes the default operating model.
