The IIF has serious retention issues due to stark compensation and benefit disparities that heavily favor senior management while undervaluing junior and mid-level employees. The complete absence of meaningful advancement opportunities creates a dead-end environment that drives away talent and undermines productivity. The current structure sends a clear message that employee development and fair compensation are not organizational priorities, which directly impacts morale, performance, and long-term employee retention.
