Pros
IGT is a very innovative company. Even though they are being challenged they are still the industry giant. IGT has a pretty decent benefits package, although it is changing. They do provide a stimulating atmosphere, and if they can get their issues under control they will rise again to greatness.
Kontras
IGT has lost their way. Once a tight knit, family oriented organization that took great pride in their product they have turned into a senior management heavy organization that is focused on manigerial perks and bonuses. They have a propensity to promote because someone has been there for a long time and not based upon ability which is the keystone to their loss of market share. If they do not reevaluate they will continue to wander in the desert.
