Shameless self-promoters fast tracked for promotion and recognition. Poor, destructive employees retained and promoted, good employees quit, often to less paying jobs just to escape. No peer reviews to filter out above. Obscene non-compete agreement strangles career opportunities for individual contributors. Long standing employees fired and then told to sign 1 year non-compete or not receive severance pittance. Executive management does not walk the talk. Executive hypocrisy - 2% cap on raises across the board, while CEO buys new GulfStream jet and uses it for personal trips. No golden parachutes for individual contributors.
