Freedom to develop one's own research, with detailed guidance and assistance/flat communication with seniors. The team members have extremely diverse background, and it truly feels like people from all over the world are gathered to work on one common goal, which can be pretty inspiring.
Kontras
It may not be the best training system for a junior person who had no working experience, if you are not lucky enough to have a personal mentor.
