Pros
Was a nice place to work, friendly people. They pushed customer service but the bosses lead by good example. First day met several bosses who were nice. Then things changed. They started to overemphasize the customer, wouldn't allow you to talk to the other workers, acted like strict teachers at a high school. The whole thing became unbearable and the best bosses began quitting.
Kontras
Hard to get days off. They make a point to push it when you do. Several workers are minors so the bosses tend to treat most like children and pester if you ask for things. Some of us were fine with work and respect ourselves enough to follow the rules but weren't treated as such...always treated with suspicion. The back room for employees is not pretty; very littered with toilets that often breakdown or missing paper.
