Compensation and 401(K) match is good as well. Annual incentive plan is good (if your position is included in it). Corporate portfolio is diversified enough that the company is resilient in economic downturns.

R&D has no cohesive strategy. The goal post constantly moves and course changes are not effectively communicated down. Resourcing is too thin for true innovation. Too many presentations distract and demoralize scientists. Retention is poor, engagement is dropping. Little training for new scientists in the fundamentals of the F&F industry.
